Design
We have collaborated on dispute systems design consultancies with USAID, the World Bank/IFC, the US District Court (N. Calif) and the Norwegian Ministry of International Development. These projects have assisted in the design of mechanisms of community natural resource consultation in Peru and South Sudan and the development of commercial, IP and land dispute resolution mechanisms in the West Bank/Gaza, Northern California and Sri Lanka.
Train
We have provided collaborative negotiation trainings in Hong Kong, Mainland China, the United States, Kenya, Japan and Thailand with both public and private sector entities for middle and upper management and staff. Our dispute resolution courses have recieved consistently positive evaluations from course participants including members of HSBC, Hang Seng Bank, the HK Monetary Authority and managers and staff of the United Nations Office of Human Resource Management.
Evaluate
Our consultancy has assisted in the evaluation of court annexed arbitration and administration of justice programs in Northern California and the West Bank/Gaza. We have also assessed the impact of a community natural resource consultation process in Cajamarca, Peru.
Resolve
We have arbitrated commercial, securities and IP cases in both English and Chinese with FINRA, HKIAC (ADNDRC), SCIA and are listed as a conciliator with WTC Macau, the HKMC, HKMAAL and the HK Building and Lands Tribunal.
